I attended a service yesterday and I want to give some positive feedback. We were assisted by two young women who helped and guided in a warm intuitive manner. They were present but not intrusive. I am old and therefore old school and I had never seen female funeral staff; but I think they do a better job and I hope they take over the industry.

CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE RESPECT, DIGNITY AND PATIENCE I AND MY FAMILY WERE SHOWN WHEN OUR MOM PASSED. THE OLD SAYING "YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW" IS SO TRUE WHEN SOMEBODY YOU LOVE PASSES. ED WAS GREAT AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS (EVEN THE "SILLY" ONES). THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HELP! WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES YOU PROVIDED OUR FAMILY, AND MOM, DURING THIS PAINFUL TIME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOUFFORD & SONS. THANK YOU BOU.
