Our dealings with Wilson were horrible. First thing they did was string us along, we waited a whole day for information and was even given the incorrect information. But they were chomping at the bits to go pick up our daughter in Atlanta before we could settle on a price or even talk about payments. I was told early in the day the salesman would have a meeting with Mr Wilson or his son in 20 minutes. I called all most 2 hours later and was rudely and firmly told the meeting had not happened and it had only been a hour since I had spoke with him. I regret that any of my family used Wilson funeral home, but I can assure you I will advise anyone especially my family to never use them again. Maybe y’all should count all the Douglas’s you have had the honor to do business with Mr Wilson. And thank you Hunter for directing us to Lanes Funeral Home due to your rudeness.

Spencer Wilson and his team were attentive, extremely helpful and guided us calmly through all the details we needed to know and accomplish. The day of our family funeral was well planned and the team took care of every detail for us, remaining flexible as we made last minute changes. Unfortunately for us, we’ve coordinated several funerals here, but the Wilson family and team have been consistently exceptional with every one.

Wilson Funeral Home is the best place to go if you ever have to bury someone. Our son died unexpectedly. We were so upset. When we went in to plan the funeral they were so very kind and supportive. They were very patient with us. They done a wonderful job on our son. Our other children and ourselves felt like we were the only people that mattered to them at that time. We pray no one has to bury a child no matter how old they are.
