The minute we walked through the door, we were treated with kindness. I really appreciated how they listened to what I wanted and only made suggestions if needed. That gave me peace of mind. Every detail was treated as important. We gave a memorial service in St. Paul and the family celebration service in Florida. Willwerscheid staff helped with whatever we needed to make the transition claiming. They asked my budget and stayed within my request, even going below budget and yet providing so much more than expected. Our Florida experience did not compare to what was given to us at Willerscheid. We were able to contact them any time with any questions. I am still amazed at the level of comfort and compassion we received. Somehow, they made a very painful situation a time to pleasantly remember. When I went there they were very informative and walked me through the process. They helped me pick out the things we needed, but also made suggestions on how to watch the money. The owners and staff at Willwersheid were not only extremely efficient, helpful and polite, they also sent a card on my late father's birthday, which was very touching and appreciated. They went above and beyond anything I expected and made arranging the details of the funeral and burial as easy as possible.
