Viewing was rushed. Staff was unsupportive of the mourners. The viewing ended at 7 p.m. on the dot, a staff member came and asked everyone to leave. They didn’t allow them any additional time to process their grief or allow them to say goodbye to the deceased. Staff rushed out the mourners from the parlor. At the funeral, they laid out four chairs for the more than 50 mourners. As soon as the deceased was buried, they asked the mourners to get up from the chairs. Keep in mind, these people just lost their father. They have been crying for hours and some of them even fainted as he was being buried. All this was happening, and the staff’s main priority are the $5 fold up chairs. They couldn’t even give these poor people any extra time to just stand up from the chairs at their own pace. They just had to have their chairs. They rushed out soon after.
