While the staff was polite and caring, they were rough on the flowers people sent and attention to details was sparse. The day of the graveside ceremony they completely forget the casket spray and the flowers they did bring were damaged. With a situation like this, when it is a small town and everyone knows everyone, you hesitate to leave feedback so to avoid hurting people's feelings but this was a very expensive service as I assume most, if not all, are, and the flowers were gifts from close friends and family. Maybe in the future, they will be a little more careful and so forgetful.

Hands down the best place to use during one of the most awful times of your life! Mr. Billy & Mrs. Beth are AMAZING as well as the other staff and went over and beyond to help my family and I have a beautiful service for my beautiful mamataters! Thank you all so very much! Our family has always used Williamsburg Funeral Home and have never been disappointed.
