Roman was the most thoughtful, caring & empathetic person we could’ve ever asked for to take care of the passing of our mama. He walked all of us through everything we needed to do etc. and went out of his way to help each one of us in our own way! We couldn’t have asked for a kinder individual to help & be there for all of us!! All of the staff were so kind & caring as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better funeral home for our sweet mama… A beautiful & wonderful funeral home to take care of a beautiful & wonderful angel, our mama. Thank you from the bottom of all our hearts, Williams, we will always be grateful!

I don’t know what her name is but I absolutely can recognize her face. I get that working at a reception area is a ton of work, but I know ma’am that there should never be an imprudent employee that’s gonna leave a distasteful way during a phone call especially, if a client calls regarding concerns. I myself have worked over 35 years of customer service and never have I ever lacked in giving attitude no matter what. Not sure if you are having a bad day or that is just your personality, whatever it is you leave it outside don’t take it out on others. Please be mindful to clients to what you say and show respect because nobody wants to hear a smart mouth say, “...or you can do it yourself whichever case may be you can put whatever for the ants mhm yeah.” That right there ma’am shows a lack of not being courteous to others. You don’t know what we struggle daily, and by you having to throw that attitude onto us is a negative vibe added to our plates. I hope you can someday fix that attitude, if not then that is sad ma’am. I see here, I am not the only reviewer who leaves a comment towards the hispanic lady at the reception. I hope this gives attention to the association owner if not, then I see why this cemetery is lacking due to not giving full attention to clients concerns. I just want to personally thank Justin for making this process easy for our family. Losing my father to cancer was very hard on us and Justin made sure that everything was done. We had no idea where to begin, and he walked us through each part. We appreciate the compassion he showed our family at this difficult time and we can’t ever thank him enough.
