Everyone was very professional in dress, attitudes, and making arrangements. They made us feel as if taking care of our loved one was the most important thing that mattered. I had never arranged a funeral service before. Williams and Bluitt had people in place to guide me every step of the way. If I ran into problems or had questions, there was always someone to answer my call, even at 9:00 at night on one occasion. There is more I could say, but I just want to thank Williams and Bluitt for their kindness, their professionalism, their understanding, and their patience! The customer service here is exceptional and top notch. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Prayerfully, I do not ever have to use their services again but if by any chance another one of my relatives pass away and I have any say, It would be William’s and Bluitt any day. We were called less than 3 hrs after my mother passed and asked about money. This is highly disrespectful to a family in shock. When I explained to the person calling how incredibly rude it was to call about money so soon she got upset with me. We were also told during this call it costs $500 a day to keep my mother at the facility. This turned out to be a lie intended to force us to purchase services sooner. We inquired many times for a cremation with urn and whomever we spoke to that time flatly ignored our question and proceeded to badger us with services claiming they did not offer just a cremation and urn. My experience with this funeral home was horrendous. This funeral home is horrendous. To add to my already shattered heart and wallet these money hungry heathens handed my mother’s urn to my father in a bag. A plastic bag as if my mother were groceries. My father lost his wife and was returned to him in a bag. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. When you hand someone an urn you are passing off a human being. Have some decency and do better. Other funeral homes prepare a personal bid with the urn as a presentation indicating common respect. I am disgusted. Do better.
