I want to Thank John Caranci Jr and the awesome staff at Wiefels in Palm Springs for their care of my sister Donna. John has known and cared for many of my family members in past years. The dedication they all give to the family, truly touches the heart. To John and Graham, there are no words I can say that could express my appreciation to you and the Wiefels family. I recently had a loss of my roommate and good friend of 15 years. After several weeks in the hospital it was obvious he wasn't going to pull through his illness. Because of the Covid-19 virus I was unable to see him and spend his last days and hours with him. Communication about his end of life progression was over the phone with nurses and it was heart wrenching and somewhat traumatic. I had to take everything they said as factual but I still felt guilty about not being there and wasn't pleased with the phone updates I was receiving. After my roommates passing, the following day I received a phone call from Haley at Wiefels. She was so kind and compassionate and she said five little words to me that gave me comfort and peace. She said: "He's in our care now". I felt relieved he was being cared for and all his wishes were being respected. Everyone at Wiefels is professional and so helpful. They handled everything for me and communicated to me throughout the process. The wonderful people at Wiefels cared for my Mother in the late 90's and my Father in the early 2000's. Each time, my dealings with everyone was respectful and all my loved ones were treated and handled with dignity. I would recommend Wiefels to anyone who is concerned about the care of their loved ones and know that they are cared for in a professional and compassionate manner and that their end of life wishes will be met. Thank you to all the staff at Wiefels. This is not an easy job but you all do it so well.

Danny was absolutely the best! We just had our service for my mother here in Yucca Valley the 13th and burial at Desert Lawn in Calimesa today the 14th of July. He was extremely professional yet at the same time comfortable and soothing to work with. He took all the burdens and worry of decisions off our shoulders so we could focus on mourning the loss of my mother and celebrating her life without distraction. He didn't miss a detail.
