White Emerson exceeded my expectations during our difficult time loosing our mom. Richard was the most helpful person in that he was super communicative, explained the process with care, answered text messages and emails quickly, and made the most challenging time for us smooth. He helped coordinate all aspects of the service and process and our family is forever grateful. I hope I don’t have to go through this process again for a very long time but if I did, I would highly recommend this Mortuary and also working with Richard or any of their staff.

Dealing with the passing of our father was extremely difficult but Richard; Elizabeth and staff handled everything so nicely. They were kind, compassionate and very understanding, they made themselves available at all times during the process for any questions or requests we had and did their best to help us as much as possible. White Emerson has done an excellent job in every way possible to help our family through this rough transition. They were there from my phone call at 2 am and reassured me they would be there shortly. Richard who listened patiently with real empathy during our consultation with 6 other members of the family, was incredible and answered each question with a politeness that is so rare these days. as to the value they added in their pricing I found white-Emerson very fair and not over the top and pushing things that were unnecessary. During and after the funeral I received nothing but complements from the 100 plus friends and family.
