Rude receptionist, unprofessional behavior. Non-hospitable condescending attitude. After leaving the event my associates felt concerned enough to ask what caused Lighthouse staff to act so unprofessional, I honestly have no other explanation than their own incompetence. The blonde woman working reception (10/18/24) seemingly went out of her way to create an uncomfortable atmosphere and provided absolutely no assistance when needed but felt it necessary to ask irrelevant personal questions without even listening to the response, as if she was only making rhetorical assumptions to fuel her complacent ego. Sad enough that people are experiencing loss, completely unnecessary to also have negative social interactions from the event staff.

This place is so unprofessional. Had to make a appointment to retrieve my son's body from the hospital. The first appointment was 11 days after he passed. I was advised I needed to fill our forms online, but only at the appointment time. I called because I never received them. Now it's been over 3 hours and no word. I finally went with a different establishment.

First and foremost I would like to give a special thanks to our arranger Ernesto! Ernesto made this experience very smooth despite me being unorganized and all over the place. They were very understanding and showed lots of empathy. I am forever thankful for having Ernesto to help out with our situation. Carlos also was very amazing! As soon as I walked in Carlos made sure to ask how we wanted to go about our event. They continued to check up on me throughout the viewing to make sure everything was going great for us and of course thanks to them it absolutely was. They were very patient with us and showed empathy to all of my family. Last but definitely not least, Cecilia was phenomenal! Cecilia greeted us with so much love and a kind heart! They knew all the right words to say to someone who is facing a hard time. Cecilia also made it clear that we can come to them for any assistance. Overall, my experience with lighthouse was completely satisfying. I would 10/10 recommend these services to my family and friends. Thank you lighthouse for an amazing experience during a difficult time.
