Whidden-Mc Lean funeral home was amazing for my dads service. Marc kept me updated on every single detail. He walked my family through the tough process and decisions that needed to be made for the service. We were able to customize our dad’s casket. When the weather took a turn for the worse Marc had a back up plan, to help keep my family dry and to prevent any illness for our elderly family members. The entire staff were nice and helpful, they treated us like family!

We already had a good experience with Whidden-McLean Funeral Home years ago for my grandmother’s funeral so, of course, that’s who I called. Marc and his staff were caring, patient, comforting, organized, thorough and adaptable. They are a top-notch team of professionals that take care of you all the way through the process. Marc was diligent in securing an honor guard from MacDill AFB to honor my father. Pastor Terry Coe was amazing too and I received many compliments on the fine job he did at Dad’s service. We live in NC and I only wish I could send all my Lake Norman friends to Whidden-McLean when they need care at such a stressful time. Thank you to everyone on the team!
