WEINSTEIN REVIEW: Unfortunately, my family lost my beloved Father-in-Law and Weinstein Memorial Chapel's services were invaluable. From meeting us at the hospice where he passed away insuring proper Jewish customs were followed as per my Father-in-law's wishes to the day of the actual funeral,everyone was extremely respectful,caring,and didn't give off that artificial condolences that far too many Chapels have become known for. Tammi (I hope spelling is correct) met us immediately at the hospice and gave us clear,calm instructions and insured us Weinstein would follow through as per our initial instructions and when the entire family met with Russell to make all the final arrangements,it was like family..He was there to guide us from that day to the day of burial,even to the point of offering me his jacket at the cemetery as it was unseasonably cool..He was aware and met all of our families needs and we will be forever grateful to Weinstein to all the kindness they have shown to all of us and thank them with all our hearts. TRADITIONAL MONUMENT REVIEW: Traditional Monument is a company that Weinstein uses and after two years of terrible experiences with other monument companies-Weinstein pointed me in the right direction. My own precious mother passed away on May 2014 and still does not have foot stone due to lack of follow-thru of believe it or not THREE monument companies I tried using. I was determined to get this stone done for Mom this year and while going through paperwork we found my Mother-in-law's beautiful stone was created by Traditional Monuments that works in conjunction with Weinstein Chapel. I called immediately and Fern at Traditional Monuments got done in TWO WEEKS what I couldn't get three other companies to do in TWO YEARS!!! Fern is a true professional in every way,explaining all you options,guiding you through the process,and making incredible suggestions that simplified a process that can be a little complicated,not only making my life easier but relieving my frustration and guilt and my wonderful mother not having her foot stone for two years which broke my heart every day. Fern made me feel so much better in every way and there are no real words of thanks that would ever be adequate for all she has done to help me not only with this project but emotionally. We will be using Traditional again soon to do the engraving on my father-in-law's headstone as well.. I would never think of going anywhere else. Suzin Weinstein and her staff are the 'Real Deal.' We decided to pre-plan mom's funeral. Suzin intently listened to our thoughts and wishes, and then conveyed her recommendations. Her guidance was genuine and practical, as if she were discussing a difficult subject with her own family. Mom recently passed. When we called Suzin she and her staff knew exactly what we planned and didn't miss a beat. I wish we had the same experience years ago when our dad died. Truthfully, we were completely ripped off back then. While this is still a business, and not an easy subject for many, I would highly recommend the professionalism of Suzin Weinstein and Weinstein Memorial Chapels.

Totally professional care from beginning to end. No salesmanship. Genuine concern for my mother. Every detail was covered and there were no glitches or last minute problems. It rained the day of the actual funeral and even that was accounted for. Special kudos for Russell, A consummate professional.
