I appreciate everything Jasmin did for me and my brother when we came in and didn't know where to start and or what to expect. Our dad did have most prearranged and we still had to figure out the extras. The outcome of my dads services were beautiful and I could not of asked for anything to be more perfect. Thank you for all the hard work and thought you put in the setup of display. I can not thank you enough Jasmin and all the staff who helped

Nice location, intimate, clean, convenient. Coordinator did a poor job with communication throughout. This is always a tough experience for families, but it wasn’t isolated. On the day of service, helpers were assigned and introduced but mostly not present. I found one of them on their phone most of the time, not easily accessible to assist. The expectation would be available for needs, not somewhere requiring hunting you down for help. Second helper was compassionate and considerate, especially when viewing service was ending but I’m not sure where she was during service. Overall not content with staff but location and mortuary were acceptable for purpose. Customers using Dignity, should expect fees and extra costs for everything! I understand this is a business but it feels excessive as a consumer paying a hearty cost for funeral services.

The Weaver staff were very kind and accommodating. Maria was a very consistent resource for planning and the associate that oversaw the funeral and burial was kind, supportive, and provided great service to our family during this difficult time.
