( 1 star.. only because i have to. ) The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism doled out by the staff and the owner is far from the expected. The owner is all about money. He pads the bill. He will say he is will discount or throw in for free and when you get the bill those things seem to have found their way to the invoice. He is crass in his words. No remorse or tenderness and in this profession, that is a must. Should you disagree with a recommendation his pushing his preferences is relentless and annoying. Rude. Your choices are ignored. The person that drove us was rude and she actually started an argument with the grieving mother on the drive to the cemetery. In my friends opinion, she is even doubtful that her son was embalmed correctly. They actually stopped the funeral to ask for remainder of payment. don't use them. This entire conversation about the behind the scenes on my friends experience has me beyond upset. Also.. this man was flirting with her daughter while making plans.. unprofessional. This man is so unapologetically manipulating to people during their darkest times.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Treat you more like FAMILY than just people giving up money.DIGNITY AND RESPECT is THEIR best QUALITY.
