First and foremost the comment above from the grandmother is not the reflection of the parents and its distasteful to say the least. Here's a more honest review on the situation. Bishop Lee and his staff went above and beyond the call of duty for me the mother and his father. Bishop conveniently met wit us in such short notice and was very professional, polite and showed us nothing but compassion and love. Bishop Lee offered his church sanctuary and dining area for our beloved son's services. The church is very nice and Bishop Lee staff was there to accommodate guest. We did not or could not imagine that my son's service would cause an overflow and it was the summer time so it was hot due to the doors of the sanctuary being left opened so people standing could hear and see the service. My son had been through a lot in his death (autopsy) and no person looks like they look when they were alive...which I did not expect especially since I did not give them a picture of him...death is death and it's lifeless plus he was being cremated so I did not want an open casket period the end...he looked the way he was suppose to look..so why go through all of it especially when he worked out so that we could pay our last respect to him in private he just didn't want me to see him in the state he was coming from the coroner's office which I respect him making that decision because either way is not how I or his father would want to see our child. Plus, I was able to get his ashes in a Crystal remembrance which is a beautiful reminder of how peaceful, humble, organized and loved our child was...So please disregard the comment above Bishop Lee and his staff our very courtesy, respectful, and overall good at what they do...they will give you a great experience...

I want to share my experience with those who are considering Wayne T. Lee Funeral Home. Don't!! Save yourself the heartache of dealing with their incompassion. My mother passed away in 2018 and WTL handled her service (I use that term very unrespectfully) and they did no justice to her memory. I cannot say anymore because I was taught that if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all. Go to Gary Funeral Home they serve with Godly love.

I had a cousin pass away a few years ago. I helped my family with program and WTL took care of family very patient and kind with giving family time to mourn and helping us put things together to celebrate her life. Thanks for being so kind and considerate during tough time for family. Nice facility.
