I recently selected Watson Funeral Home in Millsboro to handle the pre-planning and pre-funding of my funeral when that time comes. There is no better way to relieve the emotional and financial burdens on family members than to maintain updated estate documents and pre-arrange and pay for funeral expenses in advance if one is able to do so. I have been impressed with the professional, timely, and very courteous service I have received thus far from Watson's pre-planning counselor, Lisa Cammy. Lisa is a pleasure to work with. She is professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She takes whatever time is necessary to make sure all of my questions are answered. Most importantly, she is very pleasant; not stodgy or overly officious. For these reasons, I give Watson and Lisa Cammy my highest recommendation.

Watson Funeral Home is the only place I would ever use for my loved ones. Tia assisted in the arrangements and Jackie made the day of the funeral as smooth as possible. They were respectful, attentive, compassionate and professional. They anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. AWESOME people!!!!

My family recently visited this facility because my father passed and WOW I would NEVER return again. First, the female was not very friendly and they both were in a hurry. Secondly, for all the money that was paid, the family received much of nothing, Also, it appeared to me that all they were worried about was whether you had an insurance policy and how much money you had to spend. When we went to view our father's body, his wife was told she had to pay more money. If you are going to be in this type of business, you need to be caring and patient. I personally would not recommend them for the African-American families.
