I cannot say enough positive things about this funeral home and their staff. John made the entire process feel a lot easier in the midst of chaos, and everything was beautiful. If you’re looking for a funeral home who genuinely cares, you’re definitely in the right place.

Our family—Janet, Gary, and myself—cannot express enough gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and professionalism that John provided during our father, Gary’s funeral. John and his caring staff made an incredibly difficult time much easier. I highly recommend John; his guidance and service were truly outstanding.

I'm giving 1 Star because -10 is unavailable. Not only was the director (ponytail John) rude and dismissive when it was brought to his attention that several people did not have their flowers delivered to the funeral service, (even though Guaranteed),his arrogance spoke volumes. To take advantage of people when they're most vulnerable, having lost a loved one is despicable for anyone, especially a director of a funeral home. He took no responsibility even though flowers were purchased from his website (including a tree. Bigger scam) His response " Not my problem ". STAY AWAY from this funeral home and definitely don't purchase flowers or tree from his website. (TOTAL SCAM) Next step is to report to Better Business Bureau.
