If I could give this business 0 stars I would. The way they treated my grieving cousin as a mother was unacceptable. They allowed the ex husbands family to bully my cousin in their parking lot and inside the funeral home blocking us her family from being able to support her seeing her child laying in the casket claiming that there was a court order which there wasn’t stating that she had to come in by herself meanwhile this man’s family was inside harassing my cousin. No personnel came out to say anything or to diffuse anything. It was extremely disgusting and disturbing. A good funeral home has peace and compassion for the grieving family they would not allow such chaos to go on. Don’t send your loved one here the home reminds me of Tales from The Hood anyway.

Worse experience ever! Owner's initial call, "I asked, hello, are you closed? Who's asking? All the florist call ahead of time before delivering flowers. Me: I attempted to have flowers delivered and I was told you were closed." The tone of the call, he was looking for a fight, very combative! However, I stood corrected about their hours of operation and I was set to return a call to him directly that the driver was incorrect about them closing at 3:00 p.m. They were closed. He proceeded to call me back after I ended the call abruptly because of his rudeness! They are actually closed on Saturday and Sunday! He also proceeded to bring in race which I completely brought to his attention that this was not the case and unnecessary. He proceeded to call me an angry black woman! #aminister And this is the second angriest black woman he's had spoken to today. Keep in mind, I intentionally speak slowly and in a monotone fashion and never lose my cool when having a conversation with men. May be if the owner's wife would oversee incoming calls, I would not have to write this review.

I asked them to not put makeup on my baby I asked them to not touch him at all and they did nothing that I asked. They did what they wanted to do the funeral is supposed to be the last place you say your goodbyes. That person in the casket looked nothing like my son. And when I said something about it the owner told me he handles a lot of homicide funerals and that is what the family prefers. But not this family
