My brother in law chose this funeral home. He had everything planed in advance. They did everything just like he had it planned. And whomever did his makeup and hair and clothes did an excellent job. He looked fantastic. Thank you for making his funeral the best it could be. Bobby and Lynn

I only gave one star because I was required to at least give a star to write this review. My sister recently died and Walters was selected to cremate her. They had a brief interview with two bereaved and distressed family members about her obituary, which they then cobbled together to post as the official obituary. It was appalling! The family have since been in constant contact with them begging them to revise the obituary but they have failed to accommodate multiple requests. As it stands, a brief, poorly written obituary stands on their site as my sister's final tribute. It's saddening to the entire family. Do not use this funeral home unless you have your obituary fully written and ready to hand over, or they will slaughter your memory of your loved one. They do not care. Update 1/7/24 - Walters revised my sister's obituary to the version we wrote. Thank you!

My sister died on January 2, 2024. On the afternoon of her death two bereaved family members answered questions about my sister’s family for the obituary. We were told that we could submit an obituary, and they would post it on their website. Within two days they threw up a half baked misspelled obituary. We submitter the obituary that we wanted and were told that it would be posted. However Several family members contacted them to inform them that the obituary we submitted was still not posted. All we got were unacceptable excuses and here we are on January 6 and they have not corrected her obituary. This has caused Much undue stress for our entire family. This experience Has left us feeling like my sister did not matter to this funeral home and neither does her family. I would not recommend using this funeral home.
