I felt the need to complete this review after reviewing other reviews, the negative as well as the positive. I can assure you, those negative responses were not the case with me and my families experiences. The level of professionalism was top notch, the caring and compassion was outstanding, the staying in tough with the family was above and beyond, the explanations of the process was clear and concise, the bending of their schedules to accommodate the bereaved family gave us the feeling of " this family comes first and what ever it takes!!!!" The loved ones of mine were my immediate family, Mother, Father, Aunt and Husband. I am making references to the timeframe of the past seven years. Prior to the timeframe mentioned, fifteen plus years exposure to Walter J. Kent Funeral Home with other family members and friends and my review is the same, Five plus rating.
