I did my mom’s funeral at Walker’s Funeral Memorial Center. They did an awesome job on my mom. Also did an awesome job on the funeral service when I was all over the place with the service, staff guided me every step off the way. The only think I would say is communication could be better. But overall I was very well pleased.

I was going to give 2 stars but I thought about it and being that my moms service went well i have them 3. I reached out to this place of business in April when my mother passed suddenly. I appreciate how much time they gave for my mother's viewing being that it was during the time only 10 people were able to be in a room at a time. Walker's life memorial did not have to give over 5 hours of viewing for family and friends of my mother but they did. I thank them for that. However my experience was not great. There was lack of communication and wrong information given. During the time of COVID-19 I believe they should have had clear and concise communication. I had to multiple times to confirm certain things from program, to pictures, payment when i had to wait over an hour for someone to come back into building to recieve my payment. That I think should have been expressed on their end without me having to ask. Next, my mother was cremated and I was told that I would receive a call when I can pick up my mothers ashes. A week and a day went by and I received no call so I than called them to find out i could have been came to pick my mother's ashes up. They were there for days! Next, the death certificate was not ready/ received when I picked up my mother ashes that I needed to handle things related to my mom. They gave me a working copy and told me that they will call me when the actual death certificate comes in. They did not and I had to call only to find out again it was there for days and I could came already. I expressed i want it to be mailed and still till this day of me writing this review i have not received my mothers death certificate. I call and they say I will figure this out but yet I haven't received it. This is just an examples of lack of communication that frustrated me. Great service in regards to my mothers memorial. There was just lacks in professionalism that needs to change.

When my mom , my precious Angel Melissa Farmsville Henry passed away two years ago.I did not know how i was going to get through it.The staff at Walker Memorial was absolutely incredible.They really took care of my mom., and my mom looked absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Eugene Walker and your amazing staff.
