Wade Funeral Home was very accommodating and easy to understand and highly trained staff. The staff were very welcoming and organized. Chris, Bobbie and other staff were helping us. Thank you again. We did the cremation ceremony. My family is from Vietnamese background and we did the Buddhist ceremony and procedure. The staff were very understanding and I was very surprise of some other staff knowledge in Vietnamese culture. I still cannot get over on how beautiful my grandmother looked. The presentation as soon as you walked into the chapel was breathtaking - there was a sense of peace and tranquility. My goal was to make this perfect and if it wasn't to be close to perfect as possible. Charles, Kevin, Miguel, Angelica, Rick, Lynn and Joe went over and beyond in making sure that it was. Thank you! Blake messaged me "she is in good hands", and without a doubt she sure was. Charles did amazing job on preparing her as my family and friends were amazed on how beautiful she looked. Kevin was absolutely amazing, from the first meeting, to picking up my grandmother at home, until the end. He reassured me that it was "ok - we had time - there's no rush." The day of the burial, I decided to go early to spend some time with my beloved grandmother - Kevin was gentle enough to play her tribute video and gave me enough space to say my final goodbye before the rest of my family arrived. Thank you Kevencito. When Kevin was not available, Miguel was second point of contact in which he forwarded all of the detailed information to Kevin, because he knew how important this was to me and my family. Rick, Lynn, Joe were so kind to everyone that walked in through those doors - by the end of both days - everyone in my family knew who they were. Angelica - thank you ma'am - for making sure that everything was translated in Spanish and spelled correctly. It truly shows the professionalism and input care.

My Mom told me multiple times I had to take them to Wade Funeral. Now I understand why she told me this. fFrom start to finish they were there every step of the way. We unfortunately lost two parents within 16 hours of each other. Miguel stepped in & worked through each phase of the planning. He was so patient & kind & continually worked through every detail. Night or day he responded to every single call & text to set our mind at ease. Miguel & the staff were extremely professional & sympathic. Thank you Wade Funeral home & especially Miguel in making every detail so incredibly perfect. As hard as the circumstances are to say good bye to a loved one this is the Family thst you want to take care of of it. Thank you Miguel for treating us so kindly like part of the family.
