Completely unacceptable, and understandably infuriating. Waco Memorial not only moved my grandmothers marker by setting it on top of my dad, they placed the marker upside down. Why move a marker 2 plots over that doesn’t even belong to the deceased? Additionally, my dad’s marker was delivered in May from the VA, but hasn’t been mounted to the granite and not placed on HIS gravesite. When confronted with these errors, Jett escalated the situation by her snarky remarks about the weather, how they’ve been busy, and they’ll put in a work order. My mother and I were able to locate my dad’s granite (albeit missing his VA marker) along with at least 30 (or more) other gravestones that haven’t been placed on gravesites. We have had these plots since the mid- 1990s, it’s sad to see the property managed in such a way. My dad is buried next to my sister, the dirt was set on top of her when we opened the grave. There is no reason why my grandmothers marker should have been moved and placed upside down.

Would like to extend our Families Deepest Appreciation for The Outstanding and Ongoing Services that Waco Memorial provided us during the Passing of our Mother in March of 2020 and even now continuing with Grief Counseling options weeks later. The Graveside service was short and sweet due to Covid 19 Virus pandemic. They were very helpful getting us thru that alone and now extended services continue with everything up to refurbishing the headstone (Our Dad previously had military burial there--mom's name on stone and now adding her date to it). Waco Memorial --especially Billie and Elizabeth -- have gone outta of their way to help our family make decisions and truly took care of the Little Things so we didnt have to. Highly recommend their services and the Park as whole is absolutely beautiful and well maintained! 5 Stars!!!! Thank You!! Family of Elda McKenzie

Wendy and Jett helped me through an incredible sad time. I had never been through this process before. They helped me and my family bury my sweet Momma!❤️
