Jeff is compassionate, caring and went above and beyond what I was expecting. A year after a good friend passed, his wife still couldn’t afford to pay for his headstone/memorial. I offered to pay two thirds of it directly to Volzke Funeral Home. Jeff was super easy to talk to and he reassured me that he would do what was necessary to make things work out. A year later I contacted Jeff and learned that the wife, who was also a good friend, still hadn’t contributed any more to paying for the headstone. I was very frustrated and couldn’t understand why she didn’t make this a priority but Jeff was very gracious towards her in our conversation. Almost a full three years since his passing and two years since I sent in my check (from out of state), Jeff sent me a text to notify me that my friend’s memorial was set that morning. He also included pictures of the front and back for me to see. The memorial is gorgeous. Jeff taking the time to send me (someone who lives half way around the country) a notification when it was all finished is even more touching and precious. Thank you for caring about the living as much as you do for their loved ones who have passed.

They did a really nice job with my dad's service. This was my first time planning a funeral and they made it so easy. Jeff was very upfront and honest about everything. Jeff and the staff provided a wonderful caring experience. Jeff is very caring and does a great job. I am very grateful for everything he did for me and my family when my wife passed away.
