The a/c does not properly work in this place. And staff is a joke. Ladies in the front had time to make sure there was a certain amount of people in the bathroom and that no food was going into certain areas, but couldn't walk outside to direct parking. They were so inconsiderate that they interrupted the service to announce that they need people to move the cars. Cars parked across the street and we all know if you get towed the funeral home will not be responsible. The memory cards are a rip off they charge you money for a horrible tiny photo, you cannot even make out the image!

Words can't describe how grateful we are to Eddie for making this nightmare of burying a loved one bereable. Eddie from Vasquez funeral home made everything feel less stressful and the service from beginning to end was beautiful. I highly recommend Vasquez funeral home, their experience made a lot of difference during this difficult time. His compassion and understanding made the difference. We used the crosstimbers location they even provided coffee for our guest. The package we chose had a beautiful flower arrangement, police escorted us to the cementary and they guided us all the way to the end.

I had my aunts service here and it was very hot inside the chapel area and bathrooms. Linda who attended us since the beginning was amazing very caring person to work with. I was disappointed because the next day they were supposed to arrive at church 30 minutes before the mass to open the casket. Some family member came from Mexico and wanted to see my aunt for the last time and that did not happen because they arrive late and the mass had to start right away. The priest was very upset and it went down hill after that. The priest was rushing the service and that was so disrespectful. Needles to say that needs to be worked on.
