The sudden loss of our sister/mother/aunt required some thought and time to complete a funeral for her. Matt from Heritage Life immediately took this on by listening and making kind and practical suggestions as we proceeded. The actual funeral was pleasant and the service was just what we envisioned with lots of time for audience participation and delicious food and drinks served afterward. We will use this service again.

Overwhelmed during a time of loss......the loss of our beloved brother. I had no experience organizing funeral details. My oldest brother & I are unable to travel. Matt organized things in Michigan, Iowa, Georgia & Maryland. He is incredibly gifted with all the necessary skills. Everything has been smooth, made easy by his knowledge and attention to detail. I am so thankful for all of the help he provided to my family and me. A real blessing during a difficult time of sadness & loss.

Heritage Life Story Funeral Home did a beautiful job with the funeral of my son. Everyone there was so helpful, thoughtful and caring. For being such an overwhelming situation they have done and are still doing what they can to help us to navigate with helpful information and extra emotional support. I thank them all.
