Throughout this past week of my mother’s passing, Tom and his staff were nothing but exceptional through the process. Tom was there with the answers to our questions, and was able to handle each detail we requested. They made this week go smooth and one we will never forget. They answered every question and offered information we couldn’t even think of in a time of heartbreak. They went above and beyond our expectations. They made our experience, very peaceful and smooth for our family. They were extremely compassionate, attentive and respectful. They honored my mother every step of the way. They are prompt, Organized, Patient with your tears and concerns. I feel in most cases they went an extra mile. When you face a tragic death like this, When you lose the one you love And you feel lost in the process, I am grateful for this team of people. They offer the very best services with grace and finesse. I have to say that my mother’s funeral was by far the most beautiful funeral service I’ve ever attended, They took such wonderful care of my family. If I could give them a 10 star rating, I would do that. It feels like they made the hardest thing for us, one of the most easiest processes.
