After my father in law passed, my family met with Tim for the arrangements. Tim was kind, compassionate, and very informative about the process. He was of great comfort during this process, which made the process a lot easier. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 01/13/2024 - my father Buddy Litchult passed away at home on 01/03. Tim and Steve took great care in removing dad from the house and honor him with a flag as they did since dad was a Korean War vet. Tim helped me and my siblings through the wake and funeral planning. I was extremely pleased with how my father looked while he was laid out. Awesome job!! The wake was lengthy and went very smooth thanks to the staff and all the planning. The funeral mass was today and we were able to use the Funeral Homes antique fire truck to take my father to his final resting place. Tim coordinated with my dad’s fire department and had military honors at the cemetery. Everything from death to burial was handled with such compassion, respect, and honor. I am truly thankful for how everything went.

Poor performance for an incredibly expensive service ($15,000+). All employees were kind and respectful, the location was nice but they dropped the ball on everything else. The deceased was not properly prepared (makeup made him look unrecognizable, nails untrimmed, notable odor) all to the disappointment of my family. The funeral procession was by far the worst part. The separate funerals were not organized at all, and when our hearse left they did not even let the widow know it was time to leave. When I asked when the hearse would be leaving, the man in the lot stated "it's already gone" in a condescending tone. Mind you, only four out of the total 20 vehicles followed the hearse. There were two men in the hearse and only one orchestrating both families leaving the lot. I hope anyone reading this reconsiders using this service, my family will not be returning.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed in this outfit. When we left the funeral mass, they rushed everyone and did not advise how to get to the cemetery or the address. They lost the whole procession, then rushed everyone in when they got there and didn’t wait for the rest of the mourning. They were unprofessional and cold, and ultimately made it a more stressful experience for the family. I’d avoid them at all costs. This was for a funeral this month of September 2022.
