I was satisfied from the beginning of the process to the end. This was my first funeral I was responsible for, so I was an emotional and nervous wreck and did not know where to start. Funeral Director Ms. Cynthia was kind, supportive, and very understanding from the time she picked up the phone. The funeral home itself matched her energy and positive spirit. Very clean and bright and well maintained. Ms. Cynthia was very helpful and clear in explaining to me on the steps I need to take without being pushy to sell her services. She also provided me with a checklist pamphlet to take along with me as I might shop around a bit. However, my mind was already 80% made up from the phone call I made prior to visiting the funeral home. Her compassion and the location sealed the deal. United memorial funeral homes also offer a one stop shop which made planning so much easier. Ms. Cynthia handles my aunt's services with excellent care! I was provided with a very beautiful gift at the end of the service. Thank you so much! Pictures of the vault and bible was provided by the funeral home. Everything was beautiful!
