Victoria was the most Compassionate and understanding when my sisters and I had to make arrangements for my beloved mothers funeral. We didn't know what to do, at times we asked repetitive questions because our minds were not right. We made the best decision when it came to laying my mom to rest. What I love about Tyler memorial is that they keep the cemetery very clean and organized. Thank you for all your help during these difficult moments

Cortney Driver organized the burial for my grandmother and was absolutely wonderful. From the moment my grandmother entered her care, she was so kind, helpful, and understanding. She has an answer for every question and attention for every detail. In an industry that focuses on pushing funeral packages and increased sales, this woman went above and beyond to keep it personal and truly put her heart into making sure my grandmother was laid to rest with care, respect, and dignity. She made every effort to ensure her send-off would be thoughtful and special. At a time where everyone says, "Let me know if there's anything I can do.", she's one that's out there doing everything she can and making the hardest of times a little easier. She's really made all the difference.

From the time that someone from Dignity came to see me while in hospice with my mother I was misinformed. The Dignity person didn't communicate with the Cemetery Person and the Cemetery Person did not communicate with the Funeral Person. I was not even told when my mother's ashes were returned to the funeral home. My family and I are not happy at all. Do better!
