I can attest to a very positive experience with Twiford Funeral Home in Elizabeth City, NC. After learning of the very sad circumstances of my cousin’s death in his home in Elizabeth City , and because he had no immediate family, I became Executor of his will and therefore became responsible for laying my cousin to rest. I live in Virginia but my cousin’s parents were both handled by Twiford, so I contacted Twiford to help me. Everyone I dealt with, whether on the phone, online, or in person, was especially kind and caring and followed through with whatever they were to do on their end, with the final part being the delivery of my cousin’s ashes to his church. I sincerely thank Twiford for the compassionate and competent service they provided.

Professional for the most part, slightly confusing leadership. I spoke with several people telling me a certain person was handling my case, however only spoke with that person once. I used the online cremation process and did not receive the correct number of death certificates I ordered and paid for. Overall very nice funeral home, 5 star if they fix these inconsistencies.
