Jennifer was great to work with but the funeral director was something else. Other than that the rest of the staff were nice. I'm glad Turlock Memorial Park was able to accommodate my family on a short notice after a bad experience with another funeral home. That being said we had to rush through the service since we had a short amount of time to work with. When I went over the death certificate I noticed there were a couple mistakes even though we confirmed the information in person. They also charge a lot more than the other funeral home but at least my loved one is finally at rest.

Buried my infant son here some months back service and help with that was nice and quick. But since then I’ve gone once to pick up his death certificate and was greeted with questions of what I was picking up who called me with sort of a attitude of what I needed. The friendliness was no longer there. I was left in the lobby waiting long. Now i just had my sons stone made and called today to get information of pricing to have it installed and to order a vase. I spoke with Jenny and she was trying to rush me off the phone because she kept saying she had a family with her. I told her I didn’t like how she was being rude and if she can get someone else with the time to speak with me & answer my questions. & I don’t know why she took my call if she didn’t have the time. She still rushed off to take my name and number and return my call. 6 hours later I had not received a call and asked to speak to a manager. I didn’t catch her name but let’s just say she had no real concern for the poor customer service. You can sense the fake I will talk to her but you know they don’t care. I guess once they already have your money and loved one in their park customer service goes out the door. Unless your bringing them in new $$.

A bit pricier than most and odd atmosphere. The director completely singled out one person and that's where her focus was irregardless who in the room. I found that rude and not compassionate.
