We ordered a placard for our mothers head stone 4 months ago. It was to be made by a 3rd party. We've never received it. We've called about it at least 5 times. Every time Trump Memorial tells us they don't know what's going on, but will look into it and get back to us. However they haven't a clue to date and have yet to return any of our calls.
