Trinity was a new experience for my 92 year old father. He attended a service there and was so impressed, he went the next week and made all of his arrangements. When the time came, Weston was prepared and made a difficult task for me, much easier. Even carrying out ‘ the last joke’ on one of dad’s grand daughters, per his request to Weston .. perfect. I could see my daddy laughing! Our overall experience could not have been more perfect. Plus, the cost was HALF of my mom’s service. Thank You Trinity

Lindsay was super caring and made the process of making sure my husband was taken care of a little less heartbreaking. This was the 1st time I've had to arrange for the death of a loved one and she made us feel that he was in good hands. From going back to pick up my husband's ashes to bringing him back in once we received his urn and our necklaces to have his ashes switched over. Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

IF YOU WANT RESPECT FOR YOUR LOVED ONE, DO NOT USE TRINITY MEMORIAL CENTERS FOR YOUR SERVICES. My husband's cousin passed away unexpected and was taken to Trinity Memorial Centers. His cousin's children was told that they could pay an amount up front and make payments on the remaining amount. Once the viewing was scheduled my husband arrived at the funeral home and they would not allow anyone in until the children arrived. They took his children back into a room and told them the remaining amount was due Immediately or the services would be cancelled. Luckily they had the paperwork showing the payment arrangement with them. Then once the viewing started, my husband went up front to see his cousin and he was so upset. Trinity Memorial did a horrible job of making him presentable. After the viewing they went to the burial site and everything at the site was so rushed that they even started up the machinery to cover the hole while the family and his children were still by the grave site grieving. The whole process from Trinity Memorial was so disrespectful. I understand that money can be an issue but not everyone has a large amount of money set aside for unexpected events. Nevertheless a payment plan was in place and to disrespect the grieving family was unacceptable.
