We recently used the services of this funeral home, and my family and I were so throughly pleased that one of my family members now wants to be flown back to Georgia just so you all will handle her services. From the initial meeting to the lockup from the repast, I was throughly impressed with the amount of empathy, compassion, care and thoughtfulness that went into everything that was done. We worked with Shameka, the funeral director, for the planning and her niece (can’t remember her name I’m sorry) handled the day of operations. Everyone was overwhelmingly friendly so much so that we tipped them. They were patient, took their time with our arrangements and the actual execution was top notch. We opted to have their performing quartet as the services. The quartet ended the services on a very high note, including a trombone player, singer and two individuals who saluted my loved one with their top hats. I’ve never left a funeral and been complimented not only on “who did the body?”, but so many compliments on the quartet and requests for their information. They also offer doves (who are trained to returned to their home) as a part of their services. My only prayer is that their business thrives so much that they HAVE to expand. Thank you all SO, SO MUCH for everything! And while we hope to not have to visit anytime soon, you have definitely earned our family’s business from here on out. If you’ve reached this point in the review, go ahead and call them. You won’t be disappointed!

Thank you so much Tri-Cities Funeral Home! I am honestly still at a loss for words. Every time I think about my baby girls service, I cry. The way Ms. Shameka and her staff handled and executed everything was absolutely breathtaking! They all paid so much attention to every detail from beginning to end. Tailyn was treated,cared for, and loved by them like the true princess she is and I am so grateful for that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done. Only a person who truly loves what they do could execute such a beautiful service like that and believe me Ms. Shameka LOVES what she does. We appreciate you more than words could ever express. It’s not easy for us but you all definitely made sure we did right by her. I worked directly with Ms. Shameka and Taylor and they both listened and communicated very well. They all were so supportive and loving. I honestly feel like family. Never did anyone ever make me feel like a stranger or like this was a business transaction. I love you all so much from the bottom of my heart. Our entire family keeps saying how they will only allow you all to serve them from now on because y’all showed out! Thank you so much 💗💗💗 Let people who truly love and care about what they do serve you and send your loved one home! I 10/10 recommend.

God is so gracious. Ironically less than 2 months ago my dad shared with my family that he wanted Tri Cities to do if final arrangements when his time came (he wasn’t sick or anything). Previously, in discussions we had agreed on one of the bigger funeral homes. I updated my records for Tri Cities. The morning her passed, unexpectedly I called Tri Cities and they took it from there. They came and got his body in under a hour. They made time with us the very next day to start the planning for a funeral to take place out of town in just 4 days. Everything was done with love and care. They gave us guides to follow that made things easier to execute. I just really appreciate Tri Cities for showing so much respect for the Reed family. We made the right choice when we decided on Tri Cities. Communication was good, follow through was good and prices were reasonable.
