Roland was emphathetic, patient and thorough, in this difficult time, and helped us with important decisions needed to help bring closure to our Dad’s life. Roland is the sweetest and most caring person, and treated not only my parents while creating their arrangements years ago , but me recently with such gentle respect during our difficult time. I never felt pressured, and his caring follow-up phone calls were a comfort.
