Joan Hagan was amazing. She was personable and very knowledgeable. She talked us through everything and made the process very easy, especially considering the passing of our family member was unexpected. Her recommendation for flowers was wonderful as well as for the Deacon who was available to officiate the service. Toppitzer Funeral Home and all the staff made the day of the service so special. They also made sure we didn't have to think at all! This was a bigger blessing than you know. All we needed to do was show up a bit early to set up the picture board and slide show. They provided the TV screen, HDMI hook up, and all the easels. Another huge help was Joan keeping track of time! She let us know when to transition from the visitation to the service, what to do after the service ended, then coordinated the procession to the grave site for the internment. They even contacted the restaurant we had reserved for the luncheon to let them know we would be arriving earlier than expected. You will be in great and caring hands at Toppitzer Funeral home.
