I watched the employees of this funeral home talk very condescendingly to my wife’s family. Complete lack of compassion, communication, and professionalism. Refused to communicate, spelled names in the obituary wrong and refused to correct them or even acknowledge they were asked to fix them, and no one was there at our scheduled appointment time. After standing out in the heat while their answering service tried to find them, he finally contacted us to let us know about “all the dead bodies he was having to deal with” today- his words, not mine. I thankfully don’t have much experience with these types of things, but I also know that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity during this process. These people don’t have it.

They had compassion and caring words for us.i understand that this is a business but we were treated very well as we were grieving. The selection was good for what service we wanted and everything we planned went well. And we got everything we asked for. I'd recommend them to everyone. My family sends many Thanks for helping us in our time of need.
