There are family run funeral homes, corporate owned funeral homes and fast food funeral homes like this place that hire anyone from FD schools and never train the people correctly on any part of the business except how to upsell. Do yourself a giant favor and seek out directors with the same name as the sign and you'll see the humongous difference. I've been to two services here and not by choice. What I've witnessed with one of their untrained directors (who had the same funeral training as a guy who mops the bathroom at Burger King) was the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen on a funeral and I've spent 20 years in the business. I would have sworn this guy was on his first funeral and he ABSOLUTELY needs to go back to whatever industry he left before coming up with the funds to go to FD school. Who tells the vault guys to pull their crane truck onto the lawn and start working while the family is still there and now blocked in? ANY FUNERAL DIRECTOR I KNOW would ask the family if they wanted to exit the cemetery first. Not this place, so their final memory is having to step between gravestones to get out as they were saying "we are not supposed to be here for this, are we? I very strongly suggested that this is not supposed to happen while you are here and you really made a mistake hiring this place. They were quite weirded out that this happened while they were there and they were not warned that might not want to see the casket and vault dangling from a crane! The list goes on with the level of stupidity this poor excuse for a director displayed .Do yourself a favor and seriously ask questions when you call a FH and make sure you get a family member that cares. The most important difference you find on a family owned funeral home is their kids grow up in the business and learn it before they are directors. This place does does not offer that level of education. There is saying in the business, "you could screw up a 1 car procession" this is the place they were talking about. I will make sure anyone asking me for local services is aware of their level of training and service. There were a couple of other issues like the look of the deceased and something about the procession breaking up. Just avoid.

Nothing but the best service from this team during these difficult times. We recently said our farewell to my beloved grandmother and our viewing of her was perfect. She looked beautiful! Every interaction I had with the gentlemen at this establishment was kind, caring, and empathetic to the families’ every request.

I cannot express how pleased I am with how this funeral home treated our family throughout the entire process. To say that they were perfect is not an exaggeration. Having Anthony as our Funeral Director was the icing on the cake. Thank you so very much.
