Doug & his staff handled a funeral for our family in March. The professionalism displayed was second to none. People don’t always see the many roles a funeral director must fill during times of grief. Doug did a great job whether he was coordinating the event, the large number of attendees or being a sounding board for angry family members. He understood the volume of love that would be present & worked to ensure specific traditions could take place. His communication was clear & concise, so there was nothing unexpected. We worked with Doug and our experience was outstanding. He was respectful of our loved one that passed, helpful in explaining things, and willing to answer many questions that average people don't usually know about funeral procedures. Cindy, one if the women in the office, was also wonderful. I must have called to ask 30 questions in the 4 days we worked with Burgers. She was helpful and kind every time I called. Doug and staff were welcoming and friendly. They work with your budget but that's the last thing they are concerned about, honoring you and your loved ones wishes is first and foremost. I cannot thank them enough for all their help with my father, they did an amazing job. Our family will forever be grateful for their service at this difficult time.
