We first came to Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home for their services in December 2022. The staff went above and beyond to be supportive and help us navigate a difficult time. We were extremely touched by their service and attention, and used them again recently for a second family funeral. Once again, we were not disappointed. Their hands on service and attentiveness truly makes a difference. We felt supported at all times and truly appreciated all of the help and attention we were given.

I find it hard to believe that there is another funeral home that is as good and companionate as this one. Steven was really helpful during a very hard time for us. This funeral home is very well maintained, have the space to accommodate a lot people. We had our mass at the funeral home.

It took me a while to be able to write this review. My brother passed suddenly on May 24, 2022, and it was the worse day of my life and only recently have I started to recover from the shock and pain of losing my brother and best friend. So here I am to speak of Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home and the staff. The place is very clean and beautiful and the staff are just amazing. From the moment I called Steven for the first time he guided me through the steps necessary to be able to have a successful funeral and burial for my brother, he was so helpful in answering any questions that I had not only for the funeral but he extended his kindness by answering my questions afterwards as well. Steven went out of his way several times and I'm so grateful for his help and kindness. If I could give them a million stars on this review I would they are just amazing.
