I lost my twins on April 10th, 2024. I was 20 weeks pregnant. I was devastated and wanted a proper and private way to honor my boys. Christie really helped me plan everything up to every detail. I ended up getting 2 to keep sake bears, and they helped keep my boys safe. I have heard so many stories about funeral homes doing families badly, but they did not. Anytime I was worried about the babies, even after they were transported from the hospital to the funeral home, she told me everything. She kept perfect communication with me and allowed me to ask any kinds of questions. Everything was affordable, and I was able to see them and spend time with them. Planning your own end of life arrangements can be an extremely difficult event. But an outstanding professional, caring, friendly staff made our visit very comfortable. We have used The Springs Funeral Services three times this year. In March for our Pops Herbert Bragg, May, for our sister Charlotte Espinosa and in July for our Mom Kathleen Bragg. Eliana and TJ were very informative , kind, caring but most importantly compassionate and accommodating. They both gave great attention to our families needs which made for an easy process during this most difficult time. Personally, I feel that everyone is treated with the same care. Our family will not use any other funeral home moving forward as we know the The Springs holds themselves to a higher standard.
