This Funeral home is very Unprofessional! My grand mother was taken to this horrible place unwilling! Just because it was family involved.the owner stays behind the scene,she doesn’t respond back to the family @ all.My grand mother was buried on Christmas Eve,due to the owner not caring for the immediate family needs!This establishment did a Horrible job! My loved one looked nothing like herself!.The family went into an up rag about no Spray on the casket & than comes up wit the ugliest plastic flower! This place needs to be shut down period point Blank! Long Live Grandma Julia Williams, We will get Justice for you!!

Staff is very rude. No compassion for the family and friends of the deceased. Just throw the whole establishment away. They definitely wouldnt get my business. And Mrs.Taylor definitely needs to be more behind the scenes because she seems to have ZERO compassion.

This place is very unprofessional. The establishment is very nasty and run down and needs to be closed down. Yesterday and today are some horrible day my husband family is going to remember for the rest of there life. This place had his grandma and they did a horrible job from the beginning to the end. I have never had to experience something like this they are supposed to give the family Closure not nightmares. They really should be ashamed and someone needs to have them closed down. Just a horrible experience. And the crazy part is these people are related to us and if they do a horrible job on there on family just imagine how they will do yours. Our grandma would have never did anyone the way they did her. That’s just sad..
