Tate mortuary was wonderful every step of the way. My father was cremated and I live in California so the service was scheduled almost 1 month after, by my choice. This gave me weeks to prepare and I think I called or emailed questions to April at least twice a week! She was so accommodating! However, I received the greatest comfort and joy from the wonderful memorial video Cole made. I provided about 50 photos and 4 recordings of my father's singing. I named the photos according to the date, year first. Example: 2022-07. This allowed the photos to automatically fall in chronological order. The software application Cole used goes through the photos beautifully and times them perfectly according to the length of the memorial video. The video fades out of each music piece just before starting the next. My father's service really was a "Celebration of Life" and we owe so much of that to the wonderful staff of Tate Mortuary!
