We eat dinner seven days a week, we go to work 5 days a week but how many times in our lives do we have to plan a funeral?, a couple MAYBE. The Sunset Vista team was exceptionally helpful in helping us walk through the process. They were professional and compassionate. They provided options and were transparent about expenses. The first day we called and scheduled an appointment we met with Cesar and he was very accommodating with our large family, answered all questions patiently even though it was passed their office hours, he was in no rush and was very detailed with their services and fee schedule. Additionally, we submitted 2 photos to show exactly how we wanted her hair and makeup. We were very pleased with that outcome. Lastly, Cesar was very attentive at the grave side burial. My daughter got covered in ants and Cesar was very responsive and quick to assess the situation. Our Family is grateful and very satisfied with the level of professionalism both by Cesar and his team.
