Sunset, specifically Theresa and Pierre were wonderful to work with. They were sensitive to our needs and expressed care and concern through the entire process. We chose to use the florist and caterer they work with and were pleased with the outcome for both. Theresa was always a quick phone call and or email away for questions we had. My parents had pre arranged their services with Sunset back in 1990 and we have numerous other family members at Sunset. Teressa, Amy, & Cayeana was great to work with. From the beginning to the end they walked me through the process. Even the receptionist was kind and calming. Their communication was great they let me know what was going on step by step. No hidden fees everything is broken done as far as prices and they make sure you’re happy with your decision. They are not pushy like the people at a car lot. When your love one passes you go through so many emotions feelings that you never experienced before and sometimes not im a good head space, but working with these group of ladies calms your racing thoughts.
