As the kids of Debra & Matthew Piazza we just want to say we are so beyond thankful for Theresa, she has been seriously amazing in not only one of our parents passings but both. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly how you want it and always asks before she does something. Being only 22 years old she has helped me through this tragic experience 100%. We love & thank you for everything Theresa, you are an amazing person, I wish there was some way to repay you!

We have had two family funerals here at the Oswego location of Sugar Scanlon Funeral home, one in the 90’s and one just a few weeks ago in 2019. The amount of care, compassion, and attention to detail was so beyond anything we could have ever expected in both instances. Theresa always made sure we understood what was being discussed and that if something wasn’t quite right, she verified before making assumptions. I cannot say enough good things about Theresa and her wonderful staff here. They will always have our business as a family.
