Awesome, services. Strong and Jones has served my family multiple times, and each service was amazing. The staff is welcoming, and they treat you as one of their own, when serving you and your family. Honestly, the services that Strong and Jones provides are truly gracious and dignified. Couldn't choose any other funeral home during a time of loss.

S&J is well known in the community however the services provided to my family were such a disappointment. Let's start with the initial meeting to discuss funeral arrangements/details (Note: First time my family dealing with funeral affairs) The funeral director communication from the start was short and haste in explaining the process as to what we should except, what services the funeral home would and wouldn't provide. It was as though we had to ask the right question to get basic info, didn't explain tombstones and the ordering process, only to realize as walking out the door it wasn't discuss so we asked the question. Overall poor communication. Our Wake of our loved on was schedule to start at 11am for the family, 12pm for other, when arrived we waited approx 15min past 11am before anyone came out to greet us and then was told it would be a moment realizing that they had just started to prepare/dress our loved one. Unbelievable! They explained it's a busy morning. Do you think anything offer an apology for the delay or even acknowledge the fact that is not a good look. Nope. Furthermore by the time the body was moved into the room (11:40am) for viewing, we instantly could tell the preparation was rushed. We immediately requested the makeup to be reapplied (horrible). They acknowledged the request and reapplied it to make it much better. I do understand that there is a strain on some businesses with impact of COVID and staff shortages but the lack of communication and organization witnessed here could have been much better managed. Unfortunate, I would recommend based on my experience.

This funeral home gave THE WORST EXPERIENCE anyone could give when handling the passing of a loved one, If you plan on coming here, DONT! You will waste your money & regret it every step of the way. They are inconsiderate, selfish, staff members have the worst attitudes & all they care about is money.
