I do not recommend this funeral service at all. It was unorganized, the limo driver was an hour late, technology was challenging, and we didn’t get any follow up directions for receiving the urn. We were also expecting the book markers that were printed to be present and available to guests as they were signing in, but didn’t get those until after the service was over. At times like this where we have no idea what to do, I’d expect the process to not only be organized but to also have someone do check-ins the day before to set expectations and follow up a day after to make sure all of our needs were met.

They were unprofessional. This is not the same business their fathers created. I wouldn't let them handle services for my dog. On top of all of the mistakes they made, including not picking up the family until I called a few times, their prices are double that of Newcomer. I do not recommend. This hurts to say because this business is a staple in the community and I went to school with the family.

During one of the saddest times in the life of my family Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home made a huge difference in how we will remember saying goodbye to our Mother. They were so attentive to details that brought everything together so beautifully. God bless you for the service you provide to families.
