We would like to thank our friends at Stegall-Berheide-Orr for leading us through the process of losing both of my elderly parents within the past three months. Their professionalism allowed us to rest confidently knowing our loved ones were being handled with care. Matt, Trent, George and Michael treated us like family. We are grateful to have such a wonderful local funeral home in our hometown.

Was not very pleased with this funeral home. We ended up finding somewhere cheaper for my step dad and I’m glad we did. When I called and told Matt that we were planning on having him moved to another funeral home. His words were come and get it I have wasted enough time with him. You do not refer to someone’s loved one as a piece of trash basically. Trent was good and very polite when I talked to him first. But he was on vacation is the reason we dealt with matt. My step dads family always went here. But we are glad we have switched to a better loving and caring funeral home that actually cares about your deceased loved one.

My first time planning a funeral was for my father last month and as difficult as it was, Matt Stegall made the process easy to understand and deal with. Matt and everyone else there is very understanding, patient, and compassionate. My sister and I appreciate everything they have done for us.
